Part sweet, part tart, the goji liqueur marries nicely with champagne.

3 parts champagne 
1/2 part goji liqueur 

Pour goji liqueur into flute. Top with champagne or sparkling wine. 
Garnish with frozen cherries.

1/2 part Green Chartreuse

3 parts champagne 
1/2 part hibiscus liqueur

Bubbly L’Apricot

This liqueur has been described as fairy nectar and we get why. It’s amazing neat, mixed into a Manhattan or doused with champagne per below.
