processing time?

we begin processing orders 5–7 business days after a chapter drop closes for both domestic (U.S.) and international shipping.

shipping domestic:

we offer free economy shipping on domestic orders $150+.

expedited domestic shipping is offered at checkout for $25. please note that expedited delivery estimates apply to shipping times, not processing times.

you’ll be sent a tracking number via your confirmation email. please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update delivery times and status.

shipping international:

shipping rates, taxes and duties vary by country and are calculated at the time of checkout. there may be additional importing charges including customs duties, taxes and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. if it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at hello@lunaticfemme.com withyour name, order number, tracking return information and the items you returned. we will respond within 24 hours.

we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. when you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped. if you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at hello@lunaticfemme.com.

we ship to all 50 states as well as a wide range of countries including:

if your country is not listed, we apologize. we're currently working to update our list of countries we ship to.

  • full-priced items are eligible for a full refund less a $10 restocking fee.
  • sale items are eligible for exchange or credit only.
  • final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • all returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of receipt via hello@lunaticfemme.com.
  • all items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, hygiene strips in place and show no signs of wear.
  • shipping charges are not refundable.
  • international duties and taxes, which are calculated at checkout, are not refundable.
  • upon receipt of returned goods, lunatic femme reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • stickers are final sale and not eligible for returns.

if by chance a package is lost in transit, we’re happy to work with you to resolve the issue, but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to hello@lunaticfemme.com.

lunatic femme is not responsible for items once they have been delivered to the address provided by the client.

once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lunaticfemme.com with any requests.

once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

promotion policies
