• orders will be processed within 7 days of the closing of the drop.
• enjoy free domestic economy shipping for orders over $150.
• $10 economy shipping for domestic orders under $150 (typically 5-8 business days). 
• $25 expedited shipping for domestic orders. 
• we offer international shipping to a wide range of countries:

  hong kong SAR, japan, singapore, south korea, austria, belgium, denmark, france, germany, ireland, italy, monaco, netherlands, poland, spain, sweden, switzerland, united kingdom, canada, mexico, australia

exchanges + returns

• full-priced items are eligible for a full refund less a $10 restocking fee.
• sale items are eligible for exchange or credit only.
• final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• all returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of receipt via hello@lunaticfemme.com.
• all items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, hygiene strips in place and show no signs of wear.
• shipping charges are not refundable.
• international duties and taxes, which are calculated at checkout, are not refundable.
• 'import fees', customs or duties levied by the destination country are not refundable. 
• upon receipt of returned goods, lunatic femme reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
