full-priced items are eligible for a full refund less a $10 restocking fee.
sale items are eligible for exchange or credit only.
final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
all returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of receipt via hello@lunaticfemme.com.
all items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, hygiene strips in place and show no signs of wear.
shipping charges are not refundable.
international duties and taxes, which are calculated at checkout, are not refundable.
'import fees', customs or duties levied by the destination country are not refundable.
upon receipt of returned goods, lunatic femme reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
