- full-priced items are eligible for a full refund less a $5 restocking fee.

- all items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, hygiene strips in place and show no signs of wear.

- upon receipt of returned goods, lunatic femme reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
